A dry, lightly sparkling Barbera from the Lunga Masino vineyard in Cassine, made frizzante with a second fermentation in autoclave.

Tasting notes

Ruby red with violet hues. Vinous, fruity nose. Fresh, lively, dry palate.

Pairs well with

An all-purpose wine, good in summer served slightly chilled; ideal with cured meats, bagna cauda, filled pasta, and grilled meat or fish.
