Tasting notes
Straw yellow with a fine, delicate perlage. Pleasantly intense and fruity, with the elegance of orange blossom, apple and peach typical of Moscato. Sweet, aromatic, delicate.
Pairs well with
An end-of-meal wine with dry baked sweets and fruit; ideal with cakes, and for toasts and celebrations.

- Grapes pressed and the must left to settle overnight before spumantizzazione; fermentation stopped by filtration at about 6.5% alcohol, giving a fine, persistent mousse. Certified organic wine. Alcohol 6.5% vol.
