White
Ma Mù
By Marenco, Monferrato, Piemonte, Italy
A dry Moscato ("Marenco Muscatè"), fermented and aged nine months in small acacia casks, left unfiltered.
Tasting notes
Beautiful golden yellow colour, dry and aromatic; recalls an Alto Adige Traminer but with the typical notes of Moscato.
Pairs well with
Shellfish, sushi, foie gras, smoked salmon and prosciutto crudo.
