Moufí is La Bollina's sweet wine from partially overripened Moscato and Chardonnay grapes, bottled in 375 ml and intended as a meditation wine.
Tasting notes
Golden yellow with clear amber reflections. Intense, fruity nose with sage and musk notes and hints of orange blossom, Golden apple and tropical fruit. Rich, round and velvety on the palate, full-bodied, long, fresh and persistent.
Pairs well with
An excellent meditation wine, perfect with foie gras, spiced dishes, aged cheeses and dry pastries.

- Grapes are partially dried (overripened) in the vineyard, then softly pressed. Fermentation in stainless steel at cold temperature lasts over three months, followed by cold storage on the fermentation lees before bottling. Refined further in bottle.
