Canelli is La Bollina's Moscato d'Asti DOCG from the Canelli area, a sweet, lightly sparkling wine at 5.5% alcohol with peach, sage and citrus aromas.
Tasting notes
Golden straw yellow. Broad bouquet of peach, sage and citrus. Sweet, lively, with good persistence. In bottle it develops honey and candied fruit notes.
Pairs well with
Dry pastries, fresh fruit tarts, and also fresh cured meats and fermented cheeses.
