Alta Langa DOCG Blanc de Blancs is La Bollina's Metodo Classico sparkling wine, made from 100% Chardonnay and aged on the lees for about 34 months before release.
Tasting notes
Pale straw yellow with subtle greenish reflections and fine, persistent bubbles. Aromas of white flowers, aromatic herbs, acacia honey and citrus. Broad, mineral palate with a long, balanced finish.

Aperitifs, raw fish or fresh cheeses.
