Gavi DOCG is La Bollina's base white wine from 100% Cortese, aged on the lees in steel with periodic batonnage and bottled in small lots.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow. Fragrant, citrussy, with notes of tropical fruit and acacia flowers. Dry, pleasantly fresh, with good sapidity and softness, intense and moderately persistent.

Fish dishes and appetizers.
