Armason is La Bollina's Monferrato DOC white from 100% Chardonnay, aged 6 months split between barrique (40%) and steel (60%).
Tasting notes
Straw yellow. Fruity and broad bouquet with hints of chamomile, vanilla and a light tropical note (passion fruit and pineapple). Fresh and elegant on the palate with pronounced but balanced acidity.
Pairs well with
Chicken broth, omelettes, shrimp, grilled dishes and squid-ink risotto.
