A historic Piedmont variety, vinified from 100% Freisa with fresh aromas and slightly bitter tannins.

Tasting notes

Ruby red. Persistent fresh fruit such as plum, and flowers, with violet and spice. Dry, with elegant, bitter tannin.

Pairs well with

Filled pasta, game sauces, vitello tonnato, meat dishes, duck, fondue
