Tasting notes
Straw yellow with pale green highlights; a fine perlage from a slow secondary fermentation. Intense nose of orange blossom, peach and thyme, fragrant and persistent. Sweet, elegant and persistent on the palate, well balanced by fresh acidity and the typical fruit of the Moscato grape.
Pairs well with
Excellent with any dessert, especially strawberries, amaretto-stuffed peaches, tarts and hazelnut cakes.
