F.lli Facchino Perpiasì

A lightly sparkling (frizzante) take on the estate's Cortese dell'Alto Monferrato DOC, from the same Rocca Grimalda and Carpeneto vines as Pacialan.

Tasting notes

Crystal-clear, light pale yellow with greenish nuances, slightly sparkling. Intense, persistent, fine nose of flowers and fruit, almost-withered wild flowers, ripe golden apple and Abate Fetel pear. Dry, fresh, very full-bodied and slightly sparkling on the palate, delicately warm, with a pleasant bitterish finish.

Pairs well with

Best with fish or as an aperitif; good for light starters.
