F.lli Facchino Pacialan

A still Cortese dell'Alto Monferrato DOC from Rocca Grimalda and Carpeneto, fresh and aromatic, made as an aperitif white.

Tasting notes

Crystal-clear, light pale yellow with green nuances. Properly intense, persistent, fine nose of flowers and fruit, almost-withered wild flowers, ripe golden apple and Abate Fetel pear. Dry, fresh, very full-bodied on the palate, delicately warm, with a pleasant bitterish finish.

Pairs well with

Best with fish or as an aperitif; good for light starters.
