Gaudio

By F.lli Facchino, Monferrato, Piemonte, Italy

F.lli Facchino Gaudio

A rosé made from grapes grown at Rocca Grimalda and Carpeneto, chilled and macerated briefly under dry ice for a fresh, aperitif style.

Tasting notes

Brilliant pink with cherry-red nuances. Fresh and youthful on the nose, fruity notes first, then flowers. Light, fresh, dry and pleasantly bitterish on the palate, with a sophisticated, full-bodied structure.

Pairs well with

Great as an aperitif; good with fish, starters, light dishes and salami.
