Diego Pressenda - La Torricella Pumin Rus

A pale Dolcetto rosato named after a Piedmontese expression for cheeks reddened by emotion, or one glass too many.

Tasting notes

Color close to onion peel, with notes of fresh red fruits such as strawberries and currants. Fresh and soft on the palate, with good acidity.

Pairs well with

As an aperitif, with appetizers, and meat or fish dishes.
