Diego Pressenda - La Torricella Le Coste di Monforte

A single-vineyard Barolo from the Le Coste di Monforte cru in the San Giuseppe hamlet, aged 30 months in French oak.

Tasting notes

Garnet red with orange reflections. Notes of leather, tobacco and an earthy aroma intersect with red berries on the nose. Warm on the palate, with a full first impression that persists into notes of jam and licorice; the tannin is silky and pleasant, the body full and enveloping.
