Diego Pressenda - La Torricella Dosso

An everyday Dolcetto from the Tiradosso hamlet, fruity and approachable with the variety's typical bitter almond finish.

Tasting notes

Ruby red with violet reflections, with aromas of blackberries, cranberries and dried fall leaves. Medium-bodied with a good balance of fruit, bright acidity and big, rounded tannins, finishing with a pleasantly bitter almond note typical of Dolcetto from Alba.

Pairs well with

Pizza, pasta with Bolognese or ragu sauce, roasted meats, or chilled with fatty cured meats and cheeses.
