A young-vine Nebbiolo from the Galot vineyard, aged briefly in steel before bottling.
Tasting notes
Intense brick-red color. Aromas of fresh red fruit and flowers. Elegant, full-bodied and well balanced on the palate, with a slightly young tannin typical of the variety.
Pairs well with
Appetizers, pasta, and grilled, fried or stewed red meats.
