Diego Pressenda - La Torricella Dolcetto d'Alba Superiore

A riper, barrique-aged expression of Dolcetto, harvested later than the estate's other Dolcetto for extra structure.

Tasting notes

Deep purple and magenta in color, with pleasant aromas of ripe blackberries and marmalade, and undertones of toasted nuts and spice. Full-bodied and rich on the palate, with bright acidity and soft tannins that linger into a long finish.

Pairs well with

Roasted and grilled meats, roasted vegetables, porcini mushrooms and cheeses.
