A barrique-aged Nebbiolo d'Alba named for Diego Pressenda's middle name, Donato.

Tasting notes

Garnet red / brick-red in color, with strong aromas of dried fruit, licorice, red cherries, tobacco and pepper. Strong and powerful on the palate, with big tannins, bright acidity and a silky texture.

Pairs well with

Braised, grilled or roasted red meats, game and stews.
