The estate's first sparkling wine, made since 2012, a Metodo Classico Pas Dose built mainly on Dolcetto with some Riesling Renano, aged 12 months on the lees with hand riddling.

Tasting notes

Golden yellow color, with fast-forming foam and a fine, persistent perlage. Aromas of bread crust, yeast and dried fruit, with some floral notes. Full and rich on the palate, pleasant to drink, with a refreshing finish.

Pairs well with

As an aperitif, with white meats, fish, or dessert.
