Tasting notes
Intense ruby red. Light aroma recalling wood. Full, well-built palate with well-integrated tannins that make the wine harmonious and long-lived.

- Vinification
- Maceration for 7-9 days at controlled temperature with frequent daily pump-overs and periodic délestages. Racking and end of alcoholic fermentation in about 10 days. Malolactic fermentation in steel or cement. Aged in steel with a very short passage in wooden barrels; marketed after one year of bottle ageing.
