A Diano Dolcetto made with no sulphites added and fermented with indigenous yeasts.
Tasting notes
Dark ruby red with violet shades. Fresh but intense, clean aroma of small berries and cherry. Dry, with good body. Average life of the wine: 2 years.
Pairs well with
Suits the whole meal: Piedmontese starters such as raw meat, stuffed peppers, cured and cooked salami and vitello tonnato; first courses such as agnolotti and lasagne; white meats, rolls and skewers; medium-aged cheeses.

- Vinification
- Made with indigenous yeasts. After malolactic fermentation the wine was moved outside into the cold, where the hard winter temperatures gave natural stabilisation and clarification, then bottled. Aged in steel, blended in spring; released within 2 months. The producer says sulphite additions are kept very low across the whole range.
