A 100% Nebbiolo macerated 15-18 days and aged 24 months.
Tasting notes
Medium-intensity ruby red with lively garnet reflections. Clean, ample aroma with a slight hint of spice and new wood. A serious wine with good structure and an excellent balance of acidity and tannin.
Pairs well with
Important main courses, flavourful and elaborate meats, game, medium and long-aged cheeses.
