Tasting notes
Bright ruby red with violet shades. Fresh, clean aroma of small berries and cherry. Dry, with good body. A young wine, best drunk within its first 3 years.
Pairs well with
Suits the whole meal: Piedmontese starters such as raw meat, stuffed peppers, cured and cooked salami and vitello tonnato; first courses such as agnolotti and lasagne; white meats, rolls and skewers; medium-aged cheeses.

- Maceration for 7-9 days at controlled temperature with frequent daily pump-overs and periodic délestages. Racking and end of alcoholic fermentation in about 10 days. Malolactic fermentation in steel or cement. Aged in steel, blended in spring and bottled; released within 2 months.
