Tasting notes
Deep ruby turning garnet. Fresh and vigorous, with forest-floor notes and a spicy finish; balanced acidity, tannin and structure. Keeps for more than 20 years.
Pairs well with
Well-aged cheeses, flavourful meats and dishes with white Alba truffle.
