Tasting notes
Straw yellow with coppery reflections, fine persistent bubbles. Citrus, green apple and bread crust; dry, fresh with good acidity and a mineral finish.
Pairs well with
Aperitifs, delicate starters, light first courses, white meats, raw or marinated fish and shellfish.
