Tasting notes
Very intense red with violet reflections. Persistently fresh and fruity with cherry and plum; medium body, pleasant, slightly tannic and soft. Ageing potential over 4 years.
Pairs well with
White meats, soft and semi-hard cheeses and cured meats.
