Tasting notes
Brilliant ruby turning garnet with age. Ripe plums, dark cherries, cocoa, burnt orange and mocha; medium-bodied with balanced tannin and lively acidity.
Pairs well with
Red meats, stuffed pasta, game and cured meats.
