Barolo from Ravera, described by the producer as the best-known vineyard in Novello. About 24 months in large oak, 14.5% alcohol.
Tasting notes
Intense garnet red with orange reflections. Ripe plums, berries, herbs and a hint of spice on the nose; full-bodied and round, with slightly firm tannins and a savoury finish.
Pairs well with
Savoury red meats such as braised beef or mixed boiled meats, and aged cheeses.
