Tasting notes
Ruby red with brick-red reflections. Intense rose on the nose; the fine tannin of Nebbiolo is very evident on the palate.

- After crushing, the must ferments and macerates on the skins for about 20 days, then goes into 500 litre casks for nearly two years on its fine lees. Bottled in August two years after harvest. Ageing is 18 months in double barriques and 12 months in bottle. 14% alcohol, acidity 5.8.
