Tasting notes
Not very deep ruby red. Profound and fresh on the nose; fine, persistent tannin on the palate.

- From the younger vines of the same large vineyard as the Monvigliero. About 40 days of submerged-cap maceration after fermentation, then about 30 months in first and second-use tonneaux and 6 months in bottle. Bottled in September. 14% alcohol, acidity 5.5 g/l, dry extract 30.2 g/l.
