Tasting notes
Ruby red with violet reflections. Enveloping black cherry and wild berries on the nose, with the same fruit and a freshness of its own on the palate.

- Alcoholic fermentation with about 15 days of skin maceration at a controlled 28 to 30 C. It is the only wine of the estate not aged in wood, to keep the fruit and natural freshness intact. Bottled in September. 13.5% alcohol, acidity 5.6.
