Tasting notes
Intense ruby red, almost impenetrable. Very persistent violet notes; very fresh, fine and persistent on the palate.

- From a very old Barbera vineyard with a very limited yield per vine. Gentle pressing, then in tank with a five-minute pump-over every two hours. Aged about 16 months in new 500 litre casks. Bottled in August. 14.5% alcohol, acidity 6.1.
