Timorasso opens a new chapter for Braida: its first still white wine, born from the encounter between the Colli Tortonesi and Rocchetta Tanaro.
Tasting notes
Intense straw-yellow colour with golden hues. Broad and complex, with flint stone, citrus and floral notes. Solid structure and vibrancy on the palate, with freshness and sapidity sustaining a long finish. Excellent aging potential.

- Vinification
- Whole clusters are gently pressed for free-run juice. After clarification, alcoholic fermentation lasts 16 days at controlled temperature. The wine ages 12 months in a tulip-shaped concrete vat on fine lees, with monthly bâtonnage until bottling.
