White
Re di Fiori
By Braida, Asti, Piemonte, Italy
Re di Fiori proves that Riesling, a grape from the cold Rhine and Moselle valleys, can perform beautifully in the once sea-covered soils of the Langhe.
Tasting notes
Intense and penetrating; fruity citrus and green apple scents when young, developing evident mineral notes with age. Fresh on the palate thanks to sharp, high-altitude acidity, savoury and concentrated, with juicy, textured persistence.
Pairs well with
Seafood, from raw fish to more elaborate dishes.
