La Regina is made from Nascetta, an old grape native to the Langhe rediscovered only recently and produced in just a few thousand bottles.
Tasting notes
Fully expresses Nascetta's semi-aromatic character: citrus, apple, pear, acacia blossom, fresh vegetal notes, tropical fruit, hay, straw and grapefruit. Ages toward hydrocarbon and flinty mineral notes, with flavour ranging from fruity to savoury.
Pairs well with
Excellent aperitif; pairs with raw fish, white meats and fresh cheeses.
