Red
Limonte
By Braida, Asti, Piemonte, Italy
Limonte takes its name from the clay-and-silt soil (limo) of the Rocchetta Tanaro hillside where this Grignolino is grown, a grape variety Braida believes in more every vintage.
Tasting notes
Bright garnet red with ruby highlights. Floral scents of rose and freshly cut hay, with apricot and yellow plum alongside wild strawberry, raspberry and cherry. Fresh and vinous, elegantly fleshy, with fine tannins that grow in importance. Good balance and persistence.
