Il Fiore pairs an international grape, Chardonnay, with the highly original native Nascetta, grown at Tenuta Serra dei Fiori.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow colour. Fresh and elegant, with an aromatic, floral entry giving way to a mineral finish. Clean and persistent on the palate, rewarding a couple of years' bottle ageing.
Pairs well with
Lean antipasti, delicate rice and pasta dishes, and Mediterranean fish dishes.

- Whole grapes undergo soft pressing; the must is fined, racked and fermented at 10-15°C. The wine matures in steel for about four months, then a further three months in the bottle.
