Tasting notes
Ruby red colour with purple tints. A rich, intense and persistent bouquet, well evolved, with liquorice, violet, plum and vanilla. Fruit and spice emerge on the palate, ranging from roast coffee to bolder yet balanced spice, vigorous and intense, enveloping the flavour of ripe plum with a suave, potent touch.

Ideal with roast meat, game and hard cheeses.
