Tasting notes
Straw yellow. Bouquet of white fruit such as ripe apple and pear with pleasant mineral touches. Fragrant, young and fresh on the palate, with exquisite acidity.

Ideal with fish-based dishes and a good match for delicate appetisers and starters.
