Nebbiolo 100% from Neive and Barbaresco with an elegant character, aged 18 months in oak and 6 months in bottle. The site suggests it with meat, poultry and aged cheeses.
Tasting notes
Garnet red. Sweet tobacco, leather and spice on the nose alongside freshness and jam notes. Rich structure, properly tannic but well harmonised. Dry with silky tannin.
Pairs well with
Meat, poultry and aged cheeses; brasato and cheeses.
