Chardonnay 50% Pinot Nero 30% Pinot Bianco 20% from Santo Stefano Belbo. 11.5% alcohol; residual sugar 8 g/l; ageing: 3 months on its own yeast.

Straw yellow. Smooth with fruit and flower notes.
