Superiore Barbera from the Alba area, 15% alcohol, aged in small Allier barrels.

Tasting notes

Intense ruby red. Ethereal fragrance of spices and mulberry. Full-bodied and enveloping, dry, fresh and fragrant, with plum, blackberry and cherry.

First courses, grilled or baked red meat, soft to very mature cheese
