Tasting notes
Floral notes of dog rose, peach blossom and wild cherry with a hint of blueberry. Good acidity, freshness and great minerality on entry, then warmer sensations with light, linear tannins and fruity, flowery flavours.

Aperitif; fish dishes such as crustaceans and molluscs; seafood pasta
