Tasting notes
Elegant and expressive, with floral and red fruit aromas. Dry, fresh and vertical on the palate, with fine perlage and a long, mineral finish.

- 12 hours of maceration before pressing, first 5% of the must discarded and the cuvée taken up to 50%. Fermentation entirely in new Allier French oak tonneaux, spring assemblage and tirage, at least 36 months at 13°C. No dosage at disgorgement (Brut Nature).
