VSQ Brut

Abbona VSQ Brut

Rows of Pinot Nero and Chardonnay have grown in the estate's vineyards for more than twenty years, giving fruit concentrated enough for a fresh, aromatic classic-method sparkling wine.

Tasting notes

Reliably fresh, with an elegant aroma of yeast and hazelnut and a pleasant streak of acidity, the result of a slow bottle re-fermentation with no dosage added.

Pairs well with

A good aperitif and a match for fish, cured meats, vegetable flans and white meats.
