Sparkling
Alta Langa Extra Brut
By Abbona, Dogliani, Piemonte, Italy
The estate's first Alta Langa, released from the 2014 vintage, made from Pinot Nero and Chardonnay planted more than twenty years ago and concentrated enough for a fresh, aromatic sparkling wine of real persistence.
Tasting notes
Fine, persistent perlage; straw yellow with intense golden hues. Aromas of yellow fruit and flowers, bread crust and yeast from the long bottle re-fermentation; full, rich and creamy on the palate, with good acidity and marked freshness and sapidity.
