Made from Nebbiolo grapes grown in the estate's youngest vines, Rosato is a way to discover the grape's gentler, more playful side; a fragrant, fresh companion for summer days.
Tasting notes
Pale pink in colour, with dominant citrus and floral notes on the nose; rich and vibrant on the palate, with a clean finish that turns spiced and citrusy, notes of pink grapefruit and a light tannin.

- Vinification
- Whole-bunch pressing with 50% crushing, using only free-run juice. Natural settling and alcoholic fermentation at low temperature to preserve the floral aromas and extract more fruit notes. Aged in steel tanks for 4-5 months, with no malolactic fermentation.
