Villa Martis
By Tenute Cisa Asinari dei Marchesi di Grésy, Barbaresco, Piemonte, Italy
A blend of Nebbiolo from Martinenga and Barbera, combining the finesse of the first with the structure of the second.
Tasting notes
Colour: ruby red of good intensity with garnet tinges. Bouquet: intense bouquet of rose, with notes of redcurrant jam and cherry. Taste: the finesse of the Nebbiolo and the freshness of the Barbera give the wine elegance, pleasantness and harmony.
Pairs well with
Pairs very well with red meat but also with more delicate dishes such as white meat, offal, grilled vegetables and fresh cheeses.
