A blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, combining the softness of the former with the strong personality of the latter.
Tasting notes
Colour: bright straw yellow with light green reflections. Bouquet: intense fruity notes of citrus and banana blend with vegetal notes and acacia flowers. Taste: harmony, light sapidity and good persistence enhance its freshness and pleasant drinkability.
Pairs well with
Ideal with all seafood dishes and fresh spring salads. Excellent as an aperitif.

- Commune of Barbaresco, south facing, and commune of Treiso, northwest facing. Average altitudes range from 240m to 370m a.s.l.

- Vinification
- Destemming and pressing of the grapes, must clarified by flotation and racked. Fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Aged and matured on selected lees for four to five months. The two varieties are vinified separately and blended before bottling. Sterile bottling and brief bottle ageing before release.
